LECIP's S&D business dates back to the company's founding, when it began manufacturing and selling neon transformers. In the subsequent half century, LECIP has manufactured and sold many products that combine the following technologies: high voltage generation devices, based on expertise gained from neon and combustor transformers, electric power conversion, represented by inverters that electronically perform high voltage control, as well as filling and insulation technologies that enable electronic circuits and electrical parts to operate reliably even in severe outdoor environments.
